About
Agathe has lately created the title role in Motorized Delusion at the Dutch National Opera, as part of the Opera Forward Festival. She also interpreted the role of Pamina in Mozart’s Zauberflöte at the Musica Le Mans Festival. Her other roles include Despina in Mozart’s Così fan tutte, Amore in Gluck’s Orfeo ed Euridice, Belinda in Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas and Cupidon in Offenbach’s Orphée aux Enfers.
In concert, Agathe has performed at the International Lied Festival in Zeist, at the TivoliVredenburg in Utrecht and at the Muziekgebouw Amsterdam. She nourishes her inspiration by taking masterclasses with renowned artists and pedagogues, among whom Patricia Petibon, Magreet Honig, Chantal Santon-Jeffery, Amaya Dominguez, Regina Werner or Valérie Philippin.
Gladly coming back to her origins, Agathe was a chorister at the Closing Ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, where she sang Sous le ciel de Paris in Zaho de Sagazan’s performance. She collaborates regularly with the Ensemble Matheus and the Consort Musica Vera.
Keen on understanding the current issues of the musical industry and building the future of live performing arts, Agathe graduated from a Master’s degree in Cultural Policy from Sciences Po Paris in 2018. When she is not singing, Agathe likes learning languages, growing aromatic plants and spending time in nature.
